User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between DIAMOND LAND PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”), a legal entity registered at:
1ST FLOOR, FLAT NO. 102, Shri Apartment, Mahindra Pura Main Road, Suparsva Apartment Thobhasheri, Mahidharpura, Surat, Gujarat — 395003, India,
and the user of the website https://diamond.land (“Website”).

By using the Website, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement in full, and agrees to be legally bound by them.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The updated version is published on the Website and takes effect upon publication.

2. Platform Status

Diamondland operates as a marketplace offering products (including, but not limited to: diamonds, lab-grown stones, jewelry) from the Company and its partners.

If a product is listed by a third-party supplier, that supplier is solely responsible for fulfilling the obligations related to it (including delivery, accuracy of description, and quality).

3. Registration and Personal Data

The user must provide accurate information during registration and when filling out forms on the Website. All data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Company may request identity verification and documents confirming the source of funds (KYC/AML), particularly in the case of high-value transactions. Failure to provide such information may result in service refusal.

4. Orders and Payments

Users can place orders by following the instructions on the Website. Payment methods are those available at the time of checkout.

Prices for natural diamonds are based on the Rapaport price list adjusted for current market discounts. Prices for lab-grown diamonds are determined individually.

The Company does not provide investment advice. Any value projections are estimates and do not constitute a commitment.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via trusted international courier services. All shipments are insured. For large transactions, in-person handover at an office, bank, or secure location may be arranged upon agreement.

Delivery terms and fees are specified during checkout or discussed individually.

6. Returns and Special Conditions

Given the nature of the goods, returns are only possible upon valid justification and agreement with the Company. Returns are subject to a separate Return Policy and applicable legal provisions.

Regular clients and B2B partners may be eligible for personalized terms, discounts, and payment/delivery schedules. These terms are formalized and legally binding once confirmed by both parties.

7. Liability

The Company is not liable for losses resulting from:

• improper use of the Website;
• provision of false information;
• force majeure events;
• actions of third parties, including suppliers and logistics companies.

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the future value, appreciation, or resale potential of any purchased product.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Gujarat, Surat.

9. Final Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Use of the Website implies the user’s full agreement with all provisions of this Agreement.
